Tully & Agnieszka Tie the Knot

What began in 2021 with a lockdown dog walk has grown into a life filled with love, laughter, and a few very photogenic dogs. From that first stroll, we knew something special had begun—and now, we’re so excited to say “I do” in front of the people who matter most.

With Agnieszka’s loved ones spread across Europe and North America, we considered venues around the world. But in the end, it was Tully’s hometown of Wallace, Victoria in country Australia that stole Agnieszka’s heart.

Agnes dreamed of an Aussie country wedding and proposed the idea to Tully in front of his family — inside the very venue we’ll be getting married in. Everyone immediately loved the idea, and the Wallace Hotel became more than just a venue; it became part of our story.

This website is here to help you plan your trip, make your arrangements, and stay up to date with the weekend’s festivities. In addition to the big day, we’ll also be hosting:

  • Welcome Drinks on Friday evening, to kick things off with a casual get-together
  • Recovery Breakfast on Sunday morning, for a relaxed start after a big night of celebration

Whether you’re local or traveling from across the globe, we hope you’ll join us for a weekend full of joy, connection, and memories we’ll cherish forever.

Accommodation & Transport

The best places to stay in the area are either Daylesford or Ballarat. They will have many AirBnB or Hotel options to suit all budgets.

Both of these cities are about half an hour's drive and therefore you will require a way to go there. We recommend arranging a car service at, for example: https://ballarattaxis.com.au/ or https://www.eurekataxis.com.au/

Any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Accommodation & Transport

The wedding has been specifically organised in January for our friends from overseas to enjoy the glory of the Australian summer:

1. The Australian Open tennis tournament runs 19 Jan - 1st Feb 2026

2. We highly recommend taking the opportunity to visit Ballarat, just down the road from Wallace. There's great places to eat and fun things to do, especially Sovereign Hill. In addition, Daylesford is a gorgeous country town with art galleries and renown for its spas.
